LAND USED CATEGORY ALTERATION

All alienated lands are classified into three types of land use, respectively "Agriculture," "Building," and "Industry" by Section 52 of the National Land Code of 1965. All landowners are required to use their lands in line with the specific condition set in the title and the type of land use. Any landowner who wants to use their land for a different type of use than what is specified in the title must seek to change the type of land use. During my internship, I handled four Land use category alteration projects.

PLANNING PERMISSION

The Local Planning Authority's written approval is known as planning permission (LPA). There are no restrictions on the number of acres that can be exempt from planning permission, and planning permission is necessary where it was before the building plans to proceed. I have dealt with planning permission applications for an office shop during my internship. From the beginning, up until the OSC receives the application, it was handled by me. Starting with the preparation of the documents, planning permission plan, and development proposal report needed by the departments or agencies involved as specified in the OSC 3plus checklist.

SEMINAR

Seminars are among the places where we can gain more knowledge related to a topic. During my four months of internship at URC Urban Planning, I had the opportunity to participate in two seminars to increase my knowledge in the field of town planning.
